question about the training
Dear Anke,
my name is Jacek Kornak. I am a member of KPH. I will be participateing in the training "Queer througt the european youth work". I am not sure if the list of participants from my organisation was already sent, if not I think it will be done soon.
I have a question about the reimbursment of travel costs. I will be traveling from Helsinki, because now in helsinki i do my research on queer theory. It is very hard to find some flight from here which would costs below 300 euros. Would it be possible in my case, as Helsinki is quite far from Berlin, that I will be reimbursed from the higher price? any way i will try to find the cheapest possible flight, but there is nothing availble below 300.
second thing, can you send me some details about the programme of the training?
best regards,
Jacek Kornak

Dear Jacek,
thanks for your mail to blogspot ..... and it is really nice to know that you will take part in our training "Queer trough the europea youthwork".
Today Marta sent me the list of all participants from Poland.
Because of your travel:
Today I spoke with the National Agency and they told me that this is not a problem to come as a polish man from Helsinki to a training to Berlin. (Normally they pay only the cost from and to the homeplace) BUT (like allways ) I need a short statement from you that you are in Helsinki for your study or research or ??? The reason for this is that the National Agency will not pay for traveling cost for Holiday and so they need to know why you are coming from Helsinki.
The traveling costs are also not a real problem. I calculated 300 Euro for everybody from Poland. At the moment it seems that from Poland will come only 3 persons .... so you have together 900€. II think the other polish participants don`t need 300€ per persoon - so the main thing is not to tough the 900€..
If you have more questions or problems please send me a mail.
I`m looking foreward to see you soon in Berlin
Anke
